The U13 Development Camp aims to develop leadership skills and further develop interpersonal skills in a safe and supportive environment, by challenging participants with problem solving task, trust and teamwork exercises which will in turn require the participants to draw upon these skills in their careers as lifesaver, club ambassadors and within the Life Saving movement.
