LSV’s Diversity and Inclusion Instructors have the opportunity to deliver our vital Lifesaving Education Programs at the beach, river, lake, pool and classrooms to communities across Victoria. These roles are casual-based and flexible, meaning you can work as much or as little as your schedule allows!
Who are our instructors?
Our instructors come from a variety of backgrounds providing an array of experience and knowledge including:
Lifesaving club members, international students, refugees, student teachers, sport and recreation and paramedic students, retired/semi-retired teachers and stay-at-home parents!
Where will I be based?
Program delivery locations vary from beaches, lakes, rivers, pools and classrooms across Victoria. One week you could be delivering a program in metropolitan Melbourne, the next be travelling regional Victoria visiting the states most at-risk regions.
Required Qualifications:
Provide First Aid and Current CPR
‘Employee’ Working With Children Check
LSV Community Surf Life Saving Certificate; or SLSA Bronze Medallion
