A.Prospective students who are temporarily visiting Australia on certain visas other than study visas may be accepted enrolment with LSV depending on the type of visa they hold as some visas include restrictions on training/study. Candidates holding a ‘student visa’ (as defined in regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994), can only enrol into courses provided by a registered CRICOS RTO. As LSV is not a registered CRICOS RTO, candidates holding a ‘student visa’ cannot enrol into courses provided by LSV. A list of approved CRICOS RTOs can be found by visiting the Department of Education website http://cricos.education.gov.au/.

Given the importance of attending all aspects of the course, lateness may result in a candidate not having the knowledge to complete the assessment items. Given the nature of the different training courses, all LSV trainers are able to turn away candidates where the lateness will have an impact on the candidates that did arrive on time.
