LSV Councils

LSV Volunteer Councils

Life Saving Victoria’s governance structure is made up of volunteers serving on the LSV Board, 5 Councils, 5 Committees and an Executive Management Team under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer, all in support of Life Saving Victoria’s mission, vision and values. Each Council is led and run by members who volunteer their time and skills for overall future and success of LSV.

Once a Club has re-affiliated with LSV, that Club becomes a member of LSV, and thus giving it associated membership benefits under the Constitution. This includes (but is not limited to) the right to appoint a club delegate to each of the following LSV Councils:

– Life Saving Operations Council;
– Council of Life Saving Clubs;
– Aquatic Sports Council; and
– Membership and Leadership Development Council.

As a member, each Club (and each of its individual members) agrees to and is bound by the LSV Constitution and By-Laws, including the LSV Values and General Code of Conduct.
