The Third Party Partnership process works by merging the vocational education and training (VET) structures and experience of LSV with the delivery skills and local knowledge of third party partners. By working together LSV and Third Party Providers can contribute to the development and resilience of local communities by offering affordable, flexible and effective training solutions.
Third party providers reserve the right to set their own course fees in line with Industry and Community expectations and their own objectives. Simultaneously third party providers are responsible for collecting all payable fees from their candidates.
Delivery as an LSV third party provider includes a percentage payment to LSV on a per candidate / per course basis, based on the LSV course RRP. The current rates for Australian based third party providers is 30% of RRP and for International providers it is 40% of RPP. An annual fee is also payable to LSV from third party providers to cover a percentage of administration costs associated with the third part provider program.

Kara Brooks-Koochew – Greater Geelong City Council
“Geelong have worked in partnership with LSV for over 10 years. The partnership gives us access to a full range of current resources as well as Trainer professional development opportunities.
The partnership also gives us the freedom and flexibility to offer both complimentary training (to internal Council staff) as well as broader training on a commercial fee for service basis. As a result we have a able to match our training delivery to our needs. We can deliver training to our own local facilities, whilst having the support and security offered from a top RTO.”
Roger Abel – Roger Abel Training Services
“We find the real difference between LSV and other training providers is that they’re able to combine their experience as an RTO with their subject matter expertise in the areas of water safety and first aid. This makes sure that the information provided to the candidates is always current and can be considered best practice.
There is always somebody available to offer support when it’s most needed and when the occasion problem arises the office team have the knowledge and experience to assist the trainers.”
