Managing Psychosocial Risk
This course will equip candidates to identify, manage and respond to psychosocial hazards in aquatic and leisure workplaces — including customer aggression, bullying, fatigue and high job demands. The course is recommended for frontline staff, supervisors and leaders.

The course focus includes recognising psychosocial hazards, workplace responsibilities, early intervention, and practical controls that support worker wellbeing and safer operations.
No prerequisites. Delivered face-to-face using real aquatic facility scenarios.
