Program Options

Beach Programs

A practical, hands-on introduction to the beach environment through safe, fun educational games and activities. Qualified instructors blend theory and practice to suit your group's abilities, interests and the conditions on the day — covering preparation and hazard identification, lifejacket selection and fit, self-rescue and survival techniques, plus games, sports and races.

Fully customisable for multicultural communities, seniors and people with disability.

Meet a Lifeguard

An interactive session with a qualified, experienced lifeguard, designed to help students and community groups make safe decisions around water. Sessions cover the role of a lifeguard, waterway safety and awareness, preparing for a visit, safety signage and rescue techniques — with diverse aquatic role-models front and centre.

Tailored to the ability, experience and interests of every group.

Resuscitate a Mate

Hands-on training that empowers participants to recognise an emergency and act. Built around DRSABCD, the session covers assessing and communicating an emergency, resuscitation skills and techniques, handing over to emergency services and the principles of incident management — vital skills that could save a life.

Adaptable for multicultural, seniors and disability groups.

Seniors Recreation Pool Program

Delivered by a qualified pool lifeguard, this session empowers seniors to make safe decisions at their local pool or aquatic facility. Content is tailored to each group and can be held at a location of your choice — including your regular pool, so learning happens where seniors actually swim.
