Life Saving Victoria welcomes Aflex Technology as Aquatic Industry Sponsor

Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is pleased to welcome Aflex Technology as an Aquatic Industry sponsor, formalising a new partnership that commenced in April 2026.

Aflex Technology is based in New Zealand. The company designs and makes pool and aquatic equipment for public and commercial sites. Together, LSV and Aflex share a clear focus on safety and strong day‑to‑day operations. As a result, the sponsorship will support better outcomes for the aquatic industry across Victoria.

This partnership supports the work of LSV’s Aquatic Industry Services team. In particular, it strengthens industry links and promotes good practice in facility operations. It also supports venues that run higher‑risk attractions, including inflatables.

To meet this need, LSV has developed an Aquatic Inflatables Assessment and Training offering. The training helps operators with risk checks, supervision plans, and staff skills for safe inflatable use.

The sponsorship runs through to June 2027 and forms part of LSV’s broader Aquatic Industry sponsorship framework, which brings together industry partners aligned with LSV’s mission to reduce drowning and enhance aquatic safety through collaboration, education and innovation.
