Recognised for her broad capabilities spanning strategy, leadership, organisational capability, enterprise risk, brand and commercialisation and complex operations, Amy spreads her time across a portfolio of businesses, including as Co-founder and Director of Podium Global Advisory, Principal Advisor at Starling Advisory, Co-owner and Director of Simplify Systems and Co-founder and Owner of Norte Wear.

Amy has a long history in the aquatics and leisure industry, serving as a Group Manager at YMCA Victoria and more recently as Chief Operating Officer of the Y Australia Group and Executive Director of Y Safeguarding.

Amy previously held the role of General Manager of Operations at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, responsible for the delivery of two of Australia’s pinnacle major events, the Formula 1 Grand Prix and MotoGP.

Amy was awarded Executive of the Year in the Global Outstanding Leadership Awards in 2022, and the Victorian Government’s Women in Sport ‘Change our Game’ executive scholarship in 2023.
