She has held positions including Interim Chief Executive Officer at Country Fire Authority, Executive Director of Workforce Planning at Emergency Management Victoria, and Executive Director at the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Cath has also worked as Director of Corporate Support Services at Emergency Management Victoria, and Director of Corporate Services at Latrobe Regional Hospital.

Cath has a Diploma in Company Directorships from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and completed the Executive Fellows Program at ANZSOG - The Australia and New Zealand School of Government. She holds a Master of Commercial Law from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from Monash University, specialising in Psychology and Management.

She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
