As the head of LSV’s emergency response capability, Kirsty supports Victoria’s 57 lifesaving clubs and more than 6,000 volunteer members to keep our community and visitors safe in the water. She also oversees the operation of the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter, Rescue Watercraft and Remote Piloted Aeriel Systems.
Kirsty has led global crisis initiatives and managed high-impact programs across a range of complex environments.
Her extensive experience in strategic leadership, volunteer engagement and emergency response management has earned her a reputation as a highly trusted and respected leader in the field.
Kirsty has a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Economics/Social Sciences from Sydney University and a Graduate Certificate in Culture and Leadership from ACU.
